How do I know the status of the purchased car?
When you purchase the product, we will inform the time of each stage in advance, and notify the actual status of the car from time to time, so that you can rest assured and worry-free.
Do Chinese manufacturers accept custom configurations (color, interior, etc.)?
Some brands support customization, which may extend production time and increase costs.
Do Chinese cars come with English user manuals?
Most Export models include English manuals. Some brands offer multilingual versions.
Are right-hand drive models available for chinese cars?
Some brands offer right-hand drive models. Please confirm stock availability or custom requirements in advance.
How to place an order?
a. Contact customer service to confirm the shipping cost, product model, configuration, quantity, and other detailed information(you can also arrange your own shipping agent);
b. We will provide you with a formal invoice based on your final decision, which includes all product details;
c. You need to arrange 30% payment to our bank account, and then we will prepare the cars;
d. After the product is completed, the remaining payment is paid, we will arrange for the freight forwarder to deliver the goods(or we can provide relevant information to arrange for the freight forwarder to transport the goods ourselves).
e. After complete this process, customer service will track the location of the product and notify you when it is about to arrive, so that you can quickly prepare for customs clearance and other related issues.
f. After receive the item, there will be a dedicated after-sales team waiting for your follow-up feedback.
