The new NIO ES8 has officially started shipping nationwide.

The all-new NIO ES8 features the latest design language. The iconic "Double Dash" daytime running lights have been upgraded to a double-layer design, offering three welcome lighting effects. 
The car is also equipped with intelligent high-definition projection headlights (HDPL) and Intelligent Light Carpet 2.0, which supports tracking light blankets, lane change light blankets, and lane departure warnings. 
The new car will be available in two new colors: Midnight Black and Star Gray (exclusive to the all-new ES8). Other colors available include Antarctic Blue, Star Green, Dawn Gold, and Cloud White.

In terms of dimensions, the new NIO ES8 measures 5280 mm in length, 210 mm in width, and 1800 mm in height, respectively, with a wheelbase of 3130 mm. Compared to the 2024 model, the new NIO ES8 has grown by 181 mm in length, 21 mm in width, 50 mm in height, and 60 mm in wheelbase, upgrading its positioning from a mid-to-large SUV to a large SUV.

The new NIO ES8 has a straight lower window edge design and is equipped with hidden door handles. The rear of the car is equipped with a through-type light strip composed of 600 LEDs and 480 SuperRed LED particles, and is also decorated with satin high-gloss trim and brushed metal.

The all-new NIO ES8 continues to be equipped with a top-mounted laser radar, and a wide-angle laser radar is added to each front fender position.
It will also be equipped with a 4D imaging radar, as well as a front-view binocular camera, side-view cameras, corner cameras, etc. 
The driving assistance hardware is on par with the NIO ET9, and will be equipped with NIO's self-developed Shenji NX9031 driving assistance chip, and will also use the NIO World Model NWM.

The new NIO ES8 boasts significant interior enhancements, featuring a 48-inch Skyline display and a 16.4-inch AMOLED central control panel. 
It also features a 38-inch AR-HUD head-up display with blind spot compensation. The new car also features a three-spoke steering wheel and a hand-operated shift mechanism. 
The instrument panel includes dual wireless charging panels for mobile phones and piezoelectric ceramic micro-switch buttons. 
The new car is currently available in four interior colors: Sumu Red, Dark Mountain Blue, Pamir Brown, and Pearl Shell.
